Historic Architecture

AECOM’s historic architecture group specializes in adaptive reuse, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings, structures, and districts. Our state-licensed historic architects and technical experts offer a range of architectural services, including programming, schematic design, construction document preparation, specifications, and cost estimating. Our areas of expertise include commercial, public, and institutional buildings, such as historic airports, schools, universities, train stations, and hospitals. Our team also provides design consulting for other architects and engineers in support of large transportation and energy infrastructure projects. All of our work is performed using industry-standard BIM software compatible with client requirements.
