Mr. Tull has 42 years of business experience. Prior to working for AECOM, he worked at Conrail for 20 years in Intermodel Marketing Services and Data Systems. At AECOM, Mr. Tull gained extensive executive-level experience in a fast-paced business environment, completing diverse projects that span all business lines in both private and public markets. Mr. Tull is the Deputy Business Unit Leader for the Pennsylvania Area Cultural Resources Management Department. His expertise is in developing and motivating whole project teams, improving revenue growth, and insuring high utilization without sacrificing quality, safety, or performance. He has an excellent work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a professional attitude. Mr. Tull is experienced in strategic business planning and budget planning; is a proven team builder, coach, and mentor, who develops staff talent with a positive attitude; embodies down-to-earth traits in coaching and mentoring others; and inspires, challenges, and motivates others to achieve their highest potential. Mr. Tull also maintains a proven track record of integrity as the Office Site Coordinator at AECOM’s office in Burlington, New Jersey.

While at AECOM, he grew the cultural resource management sector from its inception (1993) to a staff of over 135 professionals. He has managed and supervised the full range of cultural resource studies required in obtaining federal and state permits, and for developing federal and state planning and environmental documents. Mr. Tull has also managed numerous open-end contracts involving general cultural resource services, and has managed numerous multi-million-dollar projects that included public-outreach deliverables such as high school lesson plans and museum development. Mr. Tull is a registered professional archaeologist.
